    Processing Time 

    Normal processing time is 8-10 business days (Monday-Friday), excluding holidays. SALES processing time is 3-4 weeks

    Shipping

    Worldwide shipping is available! To see prices, add the items to your cart. If your country or region isn't available on the site, Shopify doesn't support shipping to the area. It is strongly recommended to use DHL as your shipping service for international orders. 

    Checking Order Status

    We kindly ask that you only email about an order’s status if it has been more than 8-10 business days and your order has not shipped, or if your order has not progressed in delivery (ex: says “pre transit” after several days). 

    We are more than happy to assist, but order status questions can slow down processing. Please remember orders that are personalized and handmade take time, but we are confident you will love your products!

    Delivery 

    Once your order has shipped, it is in the direct care of USPS & UPS. While we do not have direct control over shipped orders, we do assist with claims, and locating stalled or lost packages. You will receive a tracking number after your order has shipped. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact us! 

    Customer Service

    We respond to all customer messages sent through the contact form or direct email. Instagram DMs and YouTube comments are not always seen. It's best to send a contact form or direct email. Our response days/times (Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm).

    Order Shipped To Wrong Address

    If your order goes to the wrong address and comes back to the shop, you can get a refund for the product, but not shipping label. We can send it to another address, but the customer will be invoiced for another shipping label. Please double check your address before a purchase.

    Issue With Order

    Please contact us for any issues with orders. There are no exchanges. Returns might be accepted on manufactured items. No returns are accepted on handmade personalized items. Refunds and replacements are offered, based on the situation. Refunds, replacements, and returns are determined by the shop owner and customer. Please be prepared to provide pictures of issues. Customer satisfaction is our #1 priority, so any issues will be resolved!

    Make a Change to Order 

    Depending on the changes you request, we may be able to accommodate, or we may need to cancel and refund you, so you can reorder with the correct items. Please try to submit change requests in 3 business days. After 3 business days, we will try, but cannot guarantee changes. 

    Cancel My Order 

    If your order has not been processed and shipped, you can receive a full refund. If your order has been processed, but not shipped, you can receive a refund of the shipping cost only, not the item, because it is already made. If your order has been processed and shipped, a refund is not available.

    Custom Orders

    Custom orders are NOW available on the shop website, and on the Etsy shop! To request a custom order, please fill out the contact form or email allthingsplanned29@yahoo.com. 

    Digital Downloads

    All digital downloads are located under 'Products' tab, under 'Printables'
